"Aap Ho."
Yh sach hai. Is sach par dhyan do.
Apne *Hone* ko mehsus karo.
'Main Hun.'
'Main kaun hai?'
Jo body ke zariye saans le raha hai.

Apni saans ko andar jaate hue mehsus karo.
Use bahar aate hue feel karo.
Saans ab bhi andar ja rahi h
Bahar aa rahi h
Lekin abhi aap usse ghafil (unconscious) ho.

Jab saans andar jaaye to jab woh naak me ho to aap dhyan me naak ko feel karo
Jab woh gale se guzre to dhyan gale me ho
Jab saans seene me ho to dhyan bhi seene me ho aur jab saans pet me bhar raha ho to aap pet ko feel karo.
Gharz yh hai ki
Saans par dhyan ho,
Jahan saans ho,
Waheen dhyan ho.
Jab saans bahar nikle to bhi dhyan pet, seene, gale aur naak par rahe.

Apne dil mein jo khyal aa rahe hain aur jo images ban rahi hain unka notice lo.
Kaun sa khayal aisa hai jo bar bar aata hai?
Kaun si images aisi hain jo bar bar Dil mein automatically Banti rahti hain.
Kaun sa ehsaas aisa hai jo har waqt Dil per Chhaya rahata hai
Gham ka, Khushi ka, dar ka, worthlessness ka, garibi ka, ya jo bhi ho,
In Sab baton ka notice lo.

Aapke Dil mein Ek Puri duniya abaad hai. is duniya par tawajjo do.

Yh Rab ki nemat aur nishani h.
Phir use feel karo jo
Saans le raha h.
Woh *formless* hai.
Woh bas *hai*.
Wohi aap ho.

Aap body nhi ho.

Jo aap ho, use pahchano.
✨💖✨
Isse aapko apni sahi pahchan hogi aur
Aap *main physical body hun.* Ke shuoor se oopar uthoge.

Yh Rab ka qanun hai ki
Jab aap khud oopar uthoge to bahar ki koi taqat aapko niche nhi kar sakti.
Alhamdulillah.

Jab dusre aapko bahar se nicha karne me lage hon
Tab aap khud ko andar se oopar uthane me lag jaayen.
Instant Fayda:
1. Self awareness hasil hogi.
2. Aap past aur future me mind traveling karte rahte hain. Isse aap 'ab ke pal' (Now) me present ho jayenge, jahan aap hain.
3. Gham aur Darr se free rahenge, jab tak aap yh exercise karenge.
4. Aap Peace aur Freshness feel karenge.
